Once receipt of your order information, we will send an email indicating our bank details to transfer to.
On receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent to inform you that your item is being prepared and mailed out. You can expected to receive it within 2 to 5 working days.
OUR TERMS
Most rules are meant to be broken. But some rules just have to be followed.
These terms and conditions ("T&C") applies to all orders which you, the customer ("you" or "your"), place using this website "noobconcepts.blogspot.com" ("website"), operated by us, NOOB Concepts ("we" "us" or "our").
All orders and purchases made through our website are subject to T&C outlined below. Please ensure that you have read our T&C.
1. All items from NOOB are Brand-New, and in 100% good condition.
2. All prices on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
3. All prices are exclusive of postage/shipping fee, unless otherwise stated.
4. All orders are based on First-Come-First-Serve basis and on While-Stocks-Last basis.
5. Please make your payment on time.
6. Checking of stock availability only allows you to know if the inquired item(s) is/are still in store at that moment of time. This does not guarantee that the item(s) will still be available by the time you send in your order.
7. Your order is subjected to stock availability.
8. Please ensure that you have filled up all required details before emailing us your order. Incomplete order form will not be processed or offered any further action. For details on how to purchase, please see "PURCHASE IT!".
9. When you place your order, we collect certain personal and transactional information e.g. name, contact number, address, email address, payment details ("Personal Information") for records purpose only. Your Privacy is important to us. These Personal Information is treated confidentially by us and is not given to any third parties who are not part of the ordering, delivery and payment procedures. We will only use these information for appropriate purposes: for response to your inquiries, handle orders, deliver items and process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records.
10. Please ensure the Personal Information that you provide us in your order are correct and inform us immediately of any changes to those details (e.g. change of contact number, email or postal address). This is to ensure that we do no send to the wrong address and payee. However, if address details are wrongly given and not amended in time, we will not resend another package if item has already been sent out.
11. Ownership of item(s) does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full within 3 days from the Date of our Acknowledgment email or which earlier, as stated in this email. Once payment is made, item(s) is(are) considered as sold and you have the ownership of item(s) purchased.
12. We will only hold your ordered item(s) from the date of our Acknowledgment Email to the Payment Due Date as stated.
13. You are responsible to provide us with your payment details for verification purpose.
14. If we do not receive your payment and details within 2 days (by 2359hrs, GMT+08:00) or whichever earlier (as stated in Acknowledgment email), your order transaction shall be considered as 'Incomplete and Priority Given Up'.
15. With Incomplete transaction and based on our First-Come-First-Serve and While-Stocks-Last basis, your priority of having the item(s) will be automatically transferred to the next similar order (if any) in queue.
16. Should you be unable to make your payment on time, you are required to take the initiative to email us for our attention, before the payment date is due.
17. After receipt of your payment details, your order transaction shall be considered as 'Completed and Purchased'. We will send a Confirmation Email to you thereafter.
18. Your purchased item(s) will be shipped out the Next Working/Business Day, between Monday to Friday.
19. NO cancellation of order / NO refund of money / NO exchange are allowed after payment made. So please choose your size correctly and ensure that item no. is correct.
20. We will refund the amount paid if the order is canceled due to unavailability of item(s).
21. All items are checked for defects before delivery.
22. We will take utmost care to wrap and pack your item(s) in proper protective wrappers to ensure that your item(s) will reach you in the best possible conditions.
23. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to dispatch the item(s) as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated (e.g the next business day). However, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery by your local postal service provider, which are beyond our control.
24. Delivery occurs when your parcel is being delivered to the delivery address, as of your Personal Information, by our local postal service provider, SingPost . At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. We will NOT be responsible for ALL missing mails and damages caused during delivery. NO refund / replacement if any missing mail occurs.
25. Out of goodwill, we will do our best to research and provide you with as much information as possible for every product listed on our website.
26. Due to some server problems, we may not receive your order/email or our reply/email may not be reached your e-mailbox at times. Thus, if you do not hear from us 24 hours after your email was sent to us, please email us again.
27. We reserve the right to Blacklist and NOT to Serve/Entertain you in future (at our sole discretion) if you go Missing-In-Action (MIA), you are inconsiderate, you make insincere enquiries and orders, you do not respond to our emails after our stipulated deadline or after placing your order, or no order from you after multiple enquiries, etc.
